We agree to provide you with the MyNIL. The Service includes all of the MyNIL website, app, online portal features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance MyNIL’s mission: To serve as a premier meeting point for student-athletes, coaches, and admins seeking to connect and easily build, maintain, and review athletes personal brands and on the field achievements.
The Service is made up of the following aspects:
· Offering personalized opportunities to create, connect, communicate, discover, and create and maintain an authentic personal brand.
· Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. Learn more in the Privacy Policy below.
· Developing and using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community of athletes will help them build brand equity both on and off the field.
· Connecting students with resources to empower athletes to build personal brands that could be not only beneficial in the short-term for NIL deals but also the long-term for post-playing career job placement.
When you register for our service and provide your phone number, you grant us permission to communicate with you by text message to help you stay on top of your personal brand and take full advantage of the platform features.
